Jake Landry founded NTBS, Inc. because he recognized the need for a roofing and construction company that not only offered skilled craftsmanship and work, but that would be equally adept at providing excellent customer service.  Landry—a third-generation builder with extensive experience as a carpenter, supervisor and customer service consultant—formed NTBS, Inc. in Dallas in 1999.  "I was always in love with every facet of the construction process, " says Landry.  "And, I envisioned a company that would offer quality work and a hands-on management approach to customer relations.  That would be the guiding tenet of NTBS."

After 8 years in the Big D, he moved the company to Austin and Oklahoma and partnered with Randy Dorsey to expand operations.  Prior to joining NTBS, Inc. in 2007, Dorsey worked in real estate development.  He rehabbed several properties and oversaw numerous commercial build-outs.  Like Jake, he saw a need for greater integrity and reliability in the construction arena.  As he explains, "Knowing Jake [Landry] and the type of organization he runs, I really wanted to be a part of bringing high-quality construction work and dedicated customer service to the folks of Central Texas and Oklahoma."  Joining forces with NTBS, Inc. was an easy decision.

 

James Kinsey joined the NTBS, Inc. team in 2009 to bring their high-quality construction and roofing service back to Dallas-FortWorth and into Oklahoma.  Kinsey has worked in the roofing industry for more than a decade.  He holds certifications in a variety of applications and products for both commercial and residential roofing, and his attention to detail has earned him an impressive reputation in the roofing and sheet metal trades.
