Metal Roofing

Metal roofs come in a variety of different styles and colors. The two most common styles are exposed fasteners and standing seam. Every metal roof that NTBS, Inc installs meets the (Class 4) UL Rating required to receive a discount on your homeowners insurance and the ENERGY STAR tax credit up to $1,500.

Exposed fastener roofing systems are the most cost effective metal roofing system that you can put on your home or business. The main differences between a standing seam roofing system is the manner in which it is installed to the roof deck and the panel styles. Exposed fastener roofing system are attached by screwing the metal directly to the roof deck using special screws with rubber washers. The fasteners are exposed and can be seen anytime you view the roof.

Standing seam metal roofing is unique to all other metal roof products. The two most apparent visual traits to our standing seam roofs are the concealed fasteners and streamline application. The most common Standing Seam panel used is an 1-3/4 inch snap lock made with 24 gauge painted steel. Each panel has a clip fastened by screws every three feet along one rib then concealed by the next overlapping snap lock panel. Professionally installed this style will give any home or business a distinctive look that will stand the test of time.
